In recent years, the enrollment mode, enrollment mode and quantity of college students have changed greatly. The diversity of students makes it more difficult for university workers to manage students’ status files. At the same time, due to the lack of adaptability to college life and the personalized needs. This has resulted in the need to make-up examination, retake, extension, suspension, drop out and other student status changes. For students, a perfect student status file can be said to be a stepping stone for students to enter the workplace. It is particularly important to develop a student status management platform with security, real-time and cross platform features. The following content will focus on the causes of the current backward management of student status change, the improvement scheme and the feasibility of the student status change management system, and conduct a comprehensive analysis combined with the research significance and purpose of university student status change management, which will help us to better understand and understand, and facilitate the use of the majority of college students in and out of school.
