Multi-source fusion high-precision positioning is the key to realize intelligent positioning of Beidou terminal in railway tunnel. Compared with single positioning system, multi-source fusion positioning system can greatly improve the positioning accuracy. In multi-source fusion positioning system, the efficient and reliable fusion of data from different sensors is the key technology. A Beidou terminal positioning system for railway tunnel based on factor graph optimization is proposed. The system combines global navigation satellite system (GNSS), inertial navigation system (INS) and camera data to realize high-precision autonomous positioning of Beidou terminal in railway tunnel. In the framework of the factor diagram, the monitored value of each sensor is interpreted as a factor. When calculating the measured value, it is only necessary to add the factor to become the structure diagram. The purpose of data fusion and parameter estimation is achieved through Bayesian inference calculation of these correlation factors, and then the accuracy and success rate of positioning in railway tunnels are improved.
